I oversee our information technology consulting services, primarily as they relate to the manufacturing and distribution industries. From sole proprietors to public-owned, private equity-owned, and foreign-owned companies, my clients range in size from start-ups to global organizations with billions in sales. We’ve worked with clients across more than 30 states and 15 countries.
We take our clients through an entire life cycle when it comes to technology. We advise on strategy, assessments, due diligence, evaluation and selection, implementation, optimization, and upgrades. Implementing Plex and Epicor ERP systems is a significant differentiator. We don’t just tell clients what to buy and move on. We see them through the process and provide ongoing support. Of course this expanded service offering is great for the firm, but it’s also beneficial for staff. I enjoy developing people and seeing them advance in the firm.
We may be IT consultants by title, but we encourage clients to view us as operational improvement consultants leveraging enabling technologies. We’re not just helping the organizations; we’re also helping the individuals who have stressful jobs with long hours because of inefficient tools and systems. When those people hug our team members or send hand-written notes thanking us for improving their jobs, that’s very satisfying.
