With more than 15 years of experience, including both Big Four and Fortune 500 companies, I’m proud to have helped start the firm’s Chicago transaction advisory services practice and serve as the office leader. I enjoy the risk-based and client-focused approach that transaction advisory services requires. The key to due diligence is learning the story behind the numbers and conveying the results as we think about post-transaction performance.
Since my clients represent both private equity and strategic buyers and sellers, I understand the unique position, risks, and opportunities that tend to occur within middle- and lower-middle market companies. And they appreciate that I’m quick to respond and keep them apprised of key issues throughout an engagement, ensuring there are no surprises.
My free time is often spent on a boat or a mountain, depending on the season. You can find me on the water with friends in the summer and visiting ski resorts in the winter. I’m an avid IndyCar fan and haven’t missed an Indianapolis 500 with my wife since we met.
I earned a B.S. in accounting with a minor in finance from Purdue University.
