I help clients enhance and grow their businesses by providing tax planning and tax compliance services. My focus is primarily on manufacturing and distribution and technology companies that are internationally active or internationally owned.
My clients appreciate my project management prowess and proactive approach to client service, which includes leveraging my network of colleagues to bring the right professionals to my clients at the right times to support their current and future business needs.
As part of my intentional approach to problem solving, I’m known around the office for making good use of our whiteboards to map out solutions. Having come from a family of CPAs, I was attracted to the tax world because of the ability to make a difference.
Throughout my career, what I’ve relished the most is watching clients experience life-changing business events for themselves and their employees and celebrating my colleagues as they move and advance in their careers.
I belong to the MICPA and earned my B.A. and M.S. in accounting from Michigan State University.
When I’m not at work, I love being with my family, including my wife Molly and our three kids: Mark, Anna, and Blake. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, playing golf, and reading.
