The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) is set to sunset at the end of the year, and new legislation will be pursued by the second Trump administration and Republican majorities in Congress. Tax legislation might even be completed within the first few months of the year to both extend the TCJA and implement a number of other priorities. Our tax specialists will review the tax proposals from the incoming Trump administration and key members of Congress and identify tax-planning opportunities.
