I provide highly customized investment consulting and multigenerational wealth planning services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family office clients. In addition to my client facing role, I serve on the firm’s internal Investment and Alternative Investment Committees. I have experience in investment manager due diligence (both traditional and alternative), post-liquidity event cash management, and long-term investment strategy and design. Most often, these strategies are being implemented within complex, multi-generational trust and estate structures.
My greatest sense of accomplishment comes from seeing the growth and development of the service offerings that Plante Moran has created for ultra-high-net-worth families. Our approach is a tailored, holistic, and comprehensive strategy to multi-generational wealth management which leverages experts from across our firm to help maximize the after-tax value of our clients’ balance sheets. Developing this resource has allowed us many opportunities to serve our clients’ growing needs and it has opened more paths for professional growth among our staff.
I earned my B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University, where I graduated with distinction as a Financial Markets Institute Scholar in 2009.
In my free time, I’m an avid golfer and hockey player. My wife and I enjoy taking long walks and hiking, spending time in Detroit, and traveling to see our extended family across the United States and around the world.
