Experience

I advise and perform financial statement audits for manufacturing, distribution, and service companies, many of whom are owned by private equity firms. I also specialize in auditing and advising sponsors of a variety of alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds.My clients appreciate my sincere desire to help them achieve their business goals. I do this by forming a partnership with a team that goes beyond the client’s standard compliance requirements to provide innovative ideas and solutions.

Clients and colleagues alike appreciate my positive attitude. I’m always willing to assist with a wide variety of projects and engagements. Having dedicated myself to this career for more than 15 years, I love that it affords me the ability to build relationships and develop the careers of our professional staff.

I belong to the AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs. I received my B.S. in accounting from Central Michigan University.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, and always look for opportunities to head out west to snowboard or head to Northern Michigan to camp.
