USA Today has released their annual list of Top Workplaces USA, and Plante Moran has earned a spot on the list. In our third year on the list, we ranked No. 2 in the 2,500-plus staff category. This award celebrates high-quality, nationally recognized organizations that are taking the lead in 2025 by putting their staff first and creating exceptional workplace cultures.
Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research company that has partnered with USA Today for five years, conducts Top Workplaces surveys. Each year, Top Workplaces USA awards and recognizes midsize and large organizations with at least 150 staff, including those with operations in multiple markets. The 2025 survey included staff from 2,251 companies. Organizations’ staff evaluate their workplaces based on a multiple question survey to determine the Top Workplace list. The Top Workplaces USA award is based entirely on feedback from the staff engagement survey completed by the staff of participating workplaces.
