We’re proud to share that Plante Moran was named to Fortune’s and Great Place to Work’s® list of “Best Workplaces for Women.” We ranked no. 17 in the large company category, and this is our eighth year being recognized.
To determine the “Best Workplaces for Women” list, Great Place to Work® analyzed both quantitative and qualitative survey responses from 1.3 million U.S. employees. The survey analyzed responses by women on workplace trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. They also looked at how well women were represented in organizations throughout management positions, the gender balance of each workplace, how it compares to each company’s industry, and patterns in representation as women rise from front-line positions to the board of directors.
