Each year, Vault releases a ranked list of their top 25 accounting firms based on quality of life and overall prestige called “Vault’s Accounting 25.” This year, Plante Moran placed No. 4 on the list, up from No. 5 last year. We’re honored to be on this list among our peers.
To determine the list, Vault uses data from staff surveys. The rankings are based on a weighted formula that focuses on particular areas of concern for accounting professionals, such as work-life balance, compensation, and training opportunities.
In addition to the overall “top 25 accounting firms” ranking, Plante Moran ranked in the top five for nearly all of the “Quality of Life” categories, including firm leadership, work-life balance, client interaction, benefits, and business outlook. Plante Moran secured the No. 1 ranking in eight categories, including vacation policies, informal training, wellness, internal mobility, and culture.
