Even in today’s global marketplace, having a competitive advantage isn’t a given. I help manufacturing clients create and hone that advantage by finding ways to improve customer satisfaction, heighten employee engagement, and increase profit margins, yielding millions of dollars in savings over the years.
I enjoy a challenge, and my clients appreciate the fact that I challenge them in turn. I’m a strategic thinker with years of experience serving companies in the automotive, appliance, aerospace, chemical, medical device, nutritional, pharmaceutical, heavy equipment, and plastics industries. (In fact, I conducted the first-ever North American survey of the plastics industry.) Most of my clients are national and multinational organizations that reside in the middle to upper market. And professionals at all of them — from C-suite executives to hourly workers — appreciate my collaborative approach to developing practical, cost-effective, and achievable solutions.
I also share my industry knowledge with the community at large. In addition to hosting webinars, I speak frequently about operational improvement topics at industry conferences produced by, among other organizations, the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors and the transportation and industrial plastics committee of the Plastics Industry Association.
I received a double B.S. in chemistry and biochemistry from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
When I’m away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family; playing golf; and watching basketball, baseball, and football. I also enjoy home remodeling, woodworking, and landscaping.
