For a society to truly function well, healthcare must be at the foundation of its infrastructure — and that’s what attracted me to this field. My clients appreciate that I’m a champion of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and continuously strive to deliver solutions that have long-term sustainable results.
I’ve served healthcare clients across the country and have a special affinity to the Chicago healthcare systems and healthcare associations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). In particular, I’m very involved with HFMA, serving on its board of directors and as chairperson for its Women in Leadership committee. I’m also a past recipient of HFMA’s Helen M. Yerger Special Recognition Award, Innovator Award, and Bronze Medal Award.
I received a B.A. in biological sciences and a B.A. in philosophy from Northwestern University as well as an M.S. in health systems management from Rush University.
