As a partner in the firm's international consulting practice, I assist our clients in making the world a smaller place. This means they can focus on their product or area of expertise and know we’ll help them expand and deliver services throughout the world. I specialize in international due diligence, companies establishing operations outside the United States, and Mexico tax and structural consulting, as well as private equity groups.
I’ve been with the firm more than 20 years and am proud of my role leading the establishment of our international operations. Whether a business is interested in buying or establishing operations beyond our borders, I’ll do whatever it takes to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
I often speak at United States–Mexico Chamber of Commerce events regarding Mexico business topics. Recently, I spoke at the Association for Corporate Growth’s annual event on acquisitions of companies outside the U.S. I belong to the AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs, and I’m the treasurer of the United States–Mexico Chamber of Commerce.
I received my B.A. in accounting and my M.B.A. in taxation from Michigan State University.
While client service is very important to me, so is balance. I’m a fitness nut because I need that time to recharge. I also enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and hunting.
