Scott has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, investment consulting, and financial planning serving families, trusts, and institutional clients. He is responsible for the management and oversight of the Grand Rapids office’s Plante Moran Financial Advisors (PMFA) client service team. He is known and has a reputation for his objective, comprehensive, creative, and results-driven solutions to meet client goals and objectives.
Scott has served as a member of the PMFA investment committee. In addition, he assists individuals and families with the maze of questions and issues that arise after the sale of a closely-held or family-owned business and other liquidity events. He has a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University.
