My first job in high school was at Chick-Fil-A, where I dressed up as the cow mascot for special events and got to greet guests. It was a lot of fun!

Experience

As the management consulting utility service leader, I advise public utilities on needs assessments, system selections, implementation management, and technology planning projects, including process redesign and change management, while providing industry best practices along the way.

I have more than 10 years’ experience working with enterprise software. The majority of which have been working with water, electric, and gas utility clients across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean through business and technology transformation projects. My extensive experience ranges from customer information systems (CIS) and integrations to enterprise resource planning systems and ancillary systems, including asset management, workforce management, and graphic information. This background allows me to provide detailed insights and support to clients as they strive to optimize their business through modern software solutions.

I was immediately attracted to working with utilities because of the support I’m able to provide, ultimately enabling my clients to provide the delivery of service that citizens and customers deserve.

I’m a member of the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association (IGFOA) and am the coordinator and moderator of the IGFOA utility billing conference for 2024. I earned my B.S. in integrated information technology from the University of South Carolina College of Engineering and Computing.

I live in South Carolina and love to spend time with my wife and dog, whether it’s wakeboarding on the lake, kayaking down the river, or relaxing on the beach.
