As the leader of the firm’s national manufacturing and distribution practice, I lead an 800-person team serving more than 3,000 clients across several sectors, including automotive and mobility, food and beverage, plastics, metals, transportation, and logistics.
I focus on helping our manufacturing clients drive value, improve profitability, and thrive in this complex and ever-changing market. With nearly 25 years of experience, clients turn to me for my industry and technical expertise on navigating the complexities of doing business abroad.
Around the office, I’m known for taking the time to teach staff. I’m passionate about developing my team to be the next generation of leaders. I encourage them to chart a career path for themselves, and then I create opportunities to make it happen; it’s gratifying to watch them develop the skills to master the next professional challenge.
I’m the chairperson of the Praxity Global Tax Group and a board member of the Praxity Membership Committee. Annually, I speak at the Praxity conference on international, operational, and leadership matters. In 2016, I was named to Crain’s Detroit Business’s “40 Under 40” list. I previously was the firm’s international tax leader. I’m a member of the AICPA and the MICPA, and I have a B.S. in accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
I care a lot for my clients and colleagues. When I’m not at work, I love being outside with my family. My husband, kids, and I hike, swim, and ski throughout the Northeast.
