I’ve been providing restructuring and turnaround advice for over 30 years helping organizations in transition find and implement solutions to their profitability and/or liquidity problems. The majority of my clients are in the turnaround consulting, refinancing assistance, right-sizing, and asset and enterprise sales areas.
My experience includes representing all parties involved in turnaround situations and assisting clients in nearly all sectors of the economy. When I completed my master’s program at the University of Chicago in 1991, the economy was in shambles. After graduation, I returned to what is now PwC in Boston to join their turnaround consulting practice and have been in restructuring ever since. It’s a challenging, stimulating, and ever-changing field — and it still holds my interest. This career has allowed me to forge strong personal and professional relationships on a national level.
I’m an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). I earned my B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School and M.B.A. from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. I would consider my greatest accomplishments to be the number of jobs and family fortunes I’ve helped preserve over the years.
