As a leader within our international tax services group, many of my clients are globally active middle-market and family-owned business in the manufacturing, distribution, and services industries.
I assist them with FDII and GILTI planning, transaction- and structure-related planning, foreign tax credits, treaty analysis, and other compliance matters. My expertise includes U.S. international compliance, planning, and consulting.
With nearly 15 years of experience, I frequently speak on international tax topics at professional gatherings such as the Praxity North American Tax Conference, trade conferences such as U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, and trade and export groups, such as the Illinois Export Business Forum.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family camping and hiking. I’m currently trying to teach myself how to knit and crochet, to which I will say “thank goodness” for online videos!
