I co-lead our firm’s ASC 740 financial accounting and reporting of income taxes group. I specialize in advising clients on their consulting and tax compliance needs, as well as corporate and international transactions. My diverse client base includes public companies, private equity-owned entities, and family-owned businesses with international operations.
I’ve been with the firm for more than 10 years, and my colleagues know me for my positive attitude, management skills, and my ASC 740 expertise.
I regularly speak to the audit committees of public companies. Most recently, I presented Investing, Doing business in the United States, and the U.S. tax system at a national summit for Chinese public companies in China.
I received my bachelor of law degree from Peking University and my master's degree in accounting from the University of Kansas. I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
Outside of work, I read and walk. I spend my free time with my family and friends.
