Eric Stutz

I oversee the construction practice and the franchise tax practice for our Rocky Mountain region. I specialize in helping our clients maximize their tax efficiency. I have extensive experience providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services and helping clients implement leading-edge sustainable business practices, techniques, and strategies. My expertise includes business structuring, taxation of flow-through entities, and debt restructuring. The majority of my clients are construction companies, but I also serve real estate investors, developers, and franchisors. I also specialize in aviation taxation.

My greatest accomplishments over the 18 years I’ve been with the firm include contributing to the growth of both the construction and franchise practices. I’m very proud of the teams we’ve developed and the clients we’ve been able to attract because of our outstanding reputation.

I belong to the AICPA, Colorado Society of CPAs, the Colorado Contractors Association, and the Rocky Mountain Surety Association. I received my B.S. in accounting from George Mason University. 

Outside of work, I mostly spend time with my family. My kids are involved in soccer and horse shows. I also enjoy golfing, shooting, and hunting.
