I provide cybersecurity audit services, including information security general control audits, regulatory reviews (GLBA, FDICIA / Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX404)), and application security assessments. I also assist with cybersecurity consulting services, including developing policies and procedures such as information security programs, incident response plans, and disaster recovery plans.
I originally planned to be a financial auditor, following in the footsteps of many CPAs in my extended family. As I began to learn about the world of IT auditing, I was quickly drawn to the world of cybersecurity in my initial work at Plante Moran and never looked back. I enjoy working with clients year-over-year, continuing conversations outside IT audits to help with security questions as part of ongoing discussions.
I received a B.A. in accounting and information systems and an M.S. in accounting and information systems from Michigan State University.
