I specialize in providing tax compliance and consulting to private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds of all sizes.
I work closely with fund managers and their principals to look for tax planning opportunities. I help advise clients on tax-efficient structuring and to meet the needs of their investors. My goal is to help fund managers make informed decisions based on the tax implications at both the investor and general partner level.
I have co-hosted webinars on tax reform related to asset managers as well as co-authored thought leadership on the implications of tax reform. I am a member of both the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs. I actively attend the NYSSCPA taxation of financial instruments meetings.
I received my B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and my Master’s of Taxation through Villanova University.
When not working, I enjoy snowboarding and just recently started golfing.
