In our strategy, operations, & technology consulting practice, we help to create value for clients and help them achieve their goals while minimizing risk. For many of these clients, their biggest challenge is dedicating sufficient staff resources to significant initiatives. That’s why it’s my role to advise them on all matters. I work with the “C Suite” and the leaders of a company’s major improvement initiatives, assisting them with process consulting, project assurance, IT strategy, technology selections and technology assessments.
I’m proud of how I’ve partnered with several tech companies early in my career to oversee their expansion throughout the United States. As a result of client growth like this, we’ve been able to fuel the growth of Plante Moran’s national management consulting practice with a specialization in technology and operations consulting.
When I’m not counseling external clients, I spend a lot of time thinking about the staff on my team. I try to help people advance in their own careers by pairing them with the right assignments that also allow for work-life balance. They count on me to advocate for them.
Plante Moran’s work-life balance is important to me because I have a wife and three kids. I love spending time with them, planning vacations, mountain biking, or simply relaxing.
More recently, I helped co-lead the firm’s innovation strategy and have led a team to make significant progress on our Innovation Framework, Innovation Lab, Solution Center, and some really cool innovation projects.
I have a B.S. in computer science from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and an M.B.A. from U of M’s Ross School of Business. I also spent 6 months studying abroad at the Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands.
