As leader of the firm’s forensic and valuation services practice, I advise middle-market businesses, private equity firms, family offices, and their stakeholders on complex valuation matters involving closely held equity securities, partnership interests, and intangible assets, including technology, intellectual property, trade names, customer relationships, and noncompetition agreements.
Clients and referral sources appreciate my commitment to clear communication, responsiveness, and transparency throughout an engagement. My goal is to ensure clients always understand where a project stands, what comes next, and what to expect along the way. I also want them to enjoy working with our team and for referral sources to feel confident introducing us to their clients, knowing those clients will receive the same level of communication, responsiveness, and care.
Over the course of my career, I’ve been most proud of helping build a culture that people want to be part of, creating opportunities for professionals to grow, and developing future leaders within our practice. I believe that the best professional relationships are built on trust, transparency, and consistently delivering an experience that exceeds expectations. I consider the team we’ve built to be my greatest professional accomplishment.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA with a focus in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, as well as our friends in our neighborhood.
