As the president and managing director of PMCF Investment Banking, I am responsible for managing key client relationships and actively marketing the M&A advisory services of PMCF to potential clients. I also provide strategic, operational, and financial direction to PMCF. I have more than 30 years of professional experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, divestitures, recap transactions and financings.
My current and past clients include leading private equity groups, founder-owned companies and public corporations in the following sectors: aerospace and defense, automotive, building products, business services, industrials, life sciences, media and technology and plastics and packaging. I’ve authored numerous articles and am a frequent speaker to business media and industry organizations on various investment banking topics.
I have extensive experience originating and executing deals both domestically and internationally. I am a board member of PMCF’s global investment banking group, Corporate Finance International, and I have completed numerous cross-border transactions. I earned a B.A. in accounting from Hillsdale College and an M.B.A. from The University of Michigan.
