I advise clients and serve as a firmwide technical resource on complex reporting, compliance, and correction matters involving qualified retirement and health and welfare benefit plans.

With more than 20 years of experience, I advise clients on qualified retirement plan design, administration, and compliance, including complex Form 5500 and 8955-SSA reporting matters. I help clients identify and evaluate compliance failures and operational errors and determine appropriate correction strategies. My qualified plan experience also includes ESOP feasibility and repurchase liability studies, ESOP administration, and related compliance matters. Clients value my ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, actionable solutions and guide difficult matters from initial identification through resolution.
I serve as tax vice chair of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plans Conference tax committee and speak annually on legislative, regulatory, and industry developments. I previously served on the AICPA’s Form 5500 Proposal Task Force, where I helped develop the profession’s responses to significant proposed regulatory and Form 5500 changes issued by the Department of Labor and other governmental agencies.
