I collaborate with clients to develop and execute transfer pricing solutions that are technically sound yet practically manageable. My background spans a variety of transaction types, industries, and geographies.
I have led global client service teams in transfer pricing engagements throughout all stages from planning and design to implementation, documentation, and audit defense work. My goal is to tailor a company’s transfer pricing policies to its business operations and growth strategies in a way that mitigates risk and sustains value through tax efficiencies. As the transfer pricing practice leader at Plante Moran, I am proud of our long history serving the transfer pricing needs of our clients and our strong team of transfer pricing professionals who offer proactive insights and strategy.
With more than 20 years of transfer pricing experience, I’ve developed thought leadership and spoken at conferences, authored transfer pricing articles, founded a program for obtaining and maintaining transfer pricing professional certifications, and served as a trusted mentor for tax administrations in various African countries.
I’m a member of the District Bar of Columbia and the State Bar of Michigan. I received my B.A. in mathematics and French from Alma College, my J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center. Completion of Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program rounds out my formal education.
