I’m a managing director of PMCF Investment Banking and co-lead PMCF’s industrials team. With more than 30 years of transaction advisory experience, I’ve advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, corporate carve-outs and divestitures, capital raising, and cross-border transactions.
Clients I’ve worked with span across various industries, including automotive, industrial manufacturing, specialty chemical, and industrial services. Throughout my career, I’ve completed more than 100 transactions totaling more than $4.8 billion in value.
Previously, I was a managing director and one of the founding partners of Greenwich Capital Group, which focused on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory. Prior to Greenwich Capital Group, I was a partner at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where I led the U.S. automotive group, was a leader of the global automotive team, and was the lead managing director of the Detroit office. I’ve authored numerous M&A industry publications and am a frequent speaker at various industry events. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for the Department of Finance at the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
I earned a B.A. with an emphasis in economics and management from Albion College and recently completed Deloitte’s Board Ready Women Program. I’m a licensed securities representative holding Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
