Senior Manager Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner
Before consulting, I served as a firefighter in a volunteer fire department and later played roller derby, both of which taught me resilience, teamwork, and how to stay calm under pressure.

As the deputy practice leader of our state and local technology consulting practice, I help clients navigate complex change while achieving measurable, lasting results by avoiding unnecessary risk, cost, and disruption. Primarily serving state and local governments, including multiple states, U.S. territories, and city governments, I provide practical, sustainable solutions that enhance fiscal accountability, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder trust. My background spans ERP modernization, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, business agility, and technology assessments, and implementation advisory.

Clients appreciate that I listen to understand their realities before offering solutions. This approach ensures that the work is practical, sustainable, and aligned with their operational frameworks. They value my commitment to building long-term relationships as a reliable partner who remains focused on their priorities. With almost two decades of experience, one of my proudest accomplishments includes leading stakeholder engagement and change leadership for Nevada’s statewide ERP modernization. This project governed a financial platform supporting over $4 billion in public funds, strengthening governance and decision-making while helping agency leaders navigate complex transformations.

I hold a B.S. in computer information systems from Nicholls State University, and I’m a Prosci-certified change management practitioner. I often present to executive sponsors, agency leaders, and cross-agency stakeholders about leading change at scale, sharing practical lessons from the field on technology modernization, change readiness, governance, and decision-making.

Outside of work, I value quality time with my family — especially as my wife and I prepare for our two teenagers’ next chapter in college. I also enjoy traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and star-filled nights on the trail.
