As the co-leader of Plante Moran’s professional services practice, I provide assurance and consulting services for professional services, business services, and consumer service organizations. My clients range from owner-managed organizations to large, international, private equity-owned portfolio companies. I specialize in audit and assurance, financial accounting and reporting, GAAP, SEC filings, and internal controls. I’m also a Rocky Mountain regional business and consumer service leader.
I have spent my career in accounting and finance, working with hundreds of businesses throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. I’m passionate about developing and retaining top talent and serving large, sophisticated clients. With more than 15 years of experience, my most significant accomplishments include serving clients across multiple phases of the business life cycle; advancing women’s initiatives at the firm, including bringing best-in-class attraction, retention, development, and advancement to women leaders; and contributing to advancing talented staff and future firm leaders.
I frequently speak at client board and management meetings on current industry practices and their impact on their business. I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. Within the firm, I’m very involved in our Women in Leadership initiative, which provides resources, skills training, and support to increase women’s success.
I serve on the executive committee and as the audit committee chair for Girl Scouts of Colorado. I’m also on the finance committees for the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado & Wyoming and the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation. I received my B.S. in accounting and M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
My husband and our two young boys love to explore Colorado. I also enjoy a good book and a California pinot noir.
