I love making music with my two favorite bandmates — my wife and son — but my most memorable audience was playing for hundreds of inmates in a prison yard. (My family stayed home, and I wasn’t an inmate.)

Experience

As a leader in Plante Moran's commercial data and analytics practice, I help clients discover hidden insights from their data and, most importantly, advise them on how to take action based on this information. I’m dedicated to assisting clients in recognizing their data as an important asset and guiding them in making strategic investments in it to drive value.

My clients range from large health systems and statewide health plans to middle-market manufacturers and construction companies. I have significant experience tailoring data strategies to clients’ unique organizational needs, whether they’re a not-for-profit academic medical center, or a private equity-backed manufacturer. I find joy in helping clients see the value from their data and build practical data analytics roadmaps which help them to achieve their business goals.

As a proud data nerd, I’m frequently invited to speak at industry conferences, and I advocate for data and analytics through both thought leadership and social media. Michigan’s Oakland County previously recognized me as one of its “Elite 40 Under 40” due to my passion for helping clients achieve success through data analytics. I’m a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP), and I received my B.S. in community development from Central Michigan University.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new destinations with my wife, Stephanie, and our son, Dean. We’ve made a few new travel traditions, including Thanksgiving trips limited to our little family of three, and “empty-nester getaways” after dropping our son off at college each year. As a foodie, I spend countless hours researching the best “local joints” when we travel.
