Each year, Vault releases a ranked list of their top 25 accounting firms based on quality of life and overall prestige called “Vault’s Accounting 25.” This year, Plante Moran placed No. 4 on the list for the second year in a row. We’re honored to be on this list among our peers.
To determine the list, Vault uses data from staff surveys. The rankings are based on a weighted formula that focuses on particular areas of concern for accounting professionals, such as work-life balance, compensation, and training opportunities.
In addition to the overall “top 25 accounting firms” ranking, Plante Moran ranked in the top five for all of the “Quality of Life” categories, including client interaction, firm leadership, work-life balance, and business outlook. Plante Moran secured the No. 1 ranking in nine of these categories, including informal training, satisfaction, relationship with supervisors, and culture.
