Plante Moran is excited to announce that Cincinnati staff member Dylan Boone has received the prestigious Elijah Watt Sells Award for his outstanding performance on the CPA examination.
This award was established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 1923 in honor of Elijah Watt Sells, one of the United States’ first CPAs. It’s granted to candidates who obtain a cumulative average score above 95.50 across all four sections of the CPA exam, pass each section of the exam on their first attempt, and complete testing in 2023. More than 86,000 people sat for the CPA exam in 2023 and only 40 candidates met the criteria to receive this award.
Dylan earned both his B.S. in accounting and M.Acc. from Miami University in May 2023. He joined Plante Moran’s tax team in August of the same year.
