As a senior consultant at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Thomas is part of a team that helps private and institutional clients preserve, protect, and grow their real estate portfolios through financial analysis, pro forma modeling, market research, and asset management.

Thomas joined the firm from Parking Advisors, a consulting and asset management firm in Chicago, Ill., where he served as a financial analyst. In his previous role, Thomas assisted with underwriting and financial analysis for ongoing asset management of a portfolio of 16 parking facilities valued at more than $200 million. Prior to Parking Advisors, Thomas interned at JPMorgan’s Wealth Management Group, gaining experience working with client advisors, investors, and bankers to analyze clients’ portfolio strategies and participating in prospecting and marketing efforts.
Thomas graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, earning dean’s list accolades throughout his four years.
