As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Kristin assists clients with planning and implementing programs and development projects. Kristin works with clients to develop a vision and objectives, organize stakeholders, and establish systems and processing to keep their project on track throughout the project lifecycle or development process. Kristin currently serves as the program manager for the School Finance Research Foundation Statewide Infrastructure Study and Energy Efficiency Audit, which involves assessing the infrastructure needs and energy savings opportunities of all public schools across the 550+ districts within the State of Michigan.
Prior to joining PMR, Kristin served in the U.S. Army for eight years as a helicopter pilot and officer. After her Army career, Kristin earned her Master of Business Administration degree and Real Estate Development Certificate from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, during which time she was selected as a Goldie Scholar by the Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative, a program that supports women working in commercial real estate.
While completing her degree, Kristin gained experience in conducting feasibility studies and gap analyses for economic development in Detroit through internships with Bedrock Detroit and The Related Companies, LLC. She is currently CREW Detroit, where she serves on the Leadership & Development Committee.
Before graduate school, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., where she was also an NCAA Division 1 Athlete.
