As a vice president at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Jeff is an asset to the program management team. He provides fully integrated owner’s representation and real estate services to a large client base spanning retail, commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects. He helps owners navigate the complexities of construction through efficient problem-solving and creative solutions to keep projects on schedule. Jeff’s priority is unparalleled client service, which he cultivates by prioritizing the needs and goals of a project and keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.
With over 20 years of program management experience, Jeff has the insight and knowledge needed to help clients make the most informed and effective project decisions. He joins PMR from Meijer, Inc., in Grand Rapids, Mich. where he served as an owner’s representative responsible for the delivery of 75 new stores and 100+ remodeling projects.
Prior to Meijer, Jeff served as a real estate manager for the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers, Fla. In his time, Jeff was responsible for the land purchase and project oversight for an array of projects: the construction of a senior living facility, three LEED-Platinum multifamily developments, and the renovation of a 200-unit apartment complex.
Jeff graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in building construction management. He is involved in the Evans Scholars Foundation, which provides full collegiate scholarships to youth caddies. The organization has helped over 11,550 caddies graduate from college.
