As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Gary helps clients plan and manage corporate and public sector capital programs and real estate engagements from concept to completion. He specializes in program development, program coordination and management, budget development and forecasting.
Gary approaches each client engagement with a collaborative spirit, understanding that his role as the owner’s representative gives him the opportunity to help clients work through the daily challenges faced during the design and construction process. He offers clients his experience and expertise, so they feel confident in the decisions they make as during the planning and management of their projects.
Gary joined Plante Moran Realpoint from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a project manager for commercial office projects. Prior to that, Gary was a project manager at CBRE working extensively on automotive dealership programs for several different manufacturers. With over seven years of automotive experience, Gary helped clients both develop and manage their dealership programs on many different levels.
Gary’s list of notable projects includes Southgate Community Schools and Taylor School Districts capital bond programs, large scale renovation projects for client such as Carhartt, Argo AI, and has worked on national automotive dealership programs for clients such as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Jeep, Volkswagen Group of America, Audi, and Bentley.
He has a Bachelor of Science in business management from Wayne State University.
