He provides the foresight and keen analysis manufacturing and distribution businesses need to navigate today’s highly competitive industrial real estate market through lease/buy/build options, economic incentives, costs, labor, and logistics.
Brandon specializes in real estate strategy development, leasing and acquisition of industrial properties, build-to-suit engagements, national and international site selection, incentives procurement, and investment real estate transactions. Brandon also brings the full resources of Plante Moran to all his clients by working in concert with Plante Moran’s M&D, SALT, supply chain and operations, technology consulting, and global services team to evaluate clients’ needs and external factors from a critical perspective. This allows him to identify real estate transaction opportunities and competitive advantages while mitigating risk.

Brandon received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
