As principal, Art brings more than 25 years of construction and program management experience to Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa. In his roles as relationship manager and capital program manager, Art inspires clients in a variety of industries to plan and manage their capital projects effectively, with an emphasis on encouraging positive team dynamics and proactive communication.
Art has planned, managed, and delivered more than 2.5 million square feet in capital improvement programs, with program values up to $130 million, for healthcare, industrial, mixed use, and corporate clients. His strategic approach to real estate and construction project initiation, encourages effective coordination with professional service firms, and has proven to be vital to setting up projects for long-term success.
Prior to PMR, Art was the vice president of construction and development at JB Donaldson Company, where he managed real estate and development activities and construction staffing. He has also worked as a project executive at Beaumont Health and as a project manager at Skanska US Building.
Art graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he has served on the local product council.
