Samantha Wild, vice president at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, has been appointed to Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Detroit’s board of directors. Founded in 1986, CREW Detroit is a nonprofit organization of commercial real estate professionals affiliated nationally through membership in CREW Network, the industry’s premier business networking organization dedicated to advancing the achievements of women in commercial real estate.
Wild has been a valued member of CREW for several years, making significant contributions to the organization. Now, as Wild joins the board of directors of CREW, she will have the opportunity to further enhance her leadership skills and serve as the board liaison for the Impact Award Committee.
“I feel honored to have been selected to the CREW Detroit board of directors,” said Wild. “I am excited to give back and continue to grow with an organization that continues to promote women in commercial real estate while also providing meaningful opportunities for networking, career development, and self-development.”
As part of the real estate investment team at PMR, Wild assists with developing strategies for ground-up and redevelopment projects. She has significant experience creating comprehensive market and feasibility studies for a variety of clients and working with religious communities in need of real estate repositioning or disposition strategies.
