As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Ryan assists clients in the evaluation and management of their real estate assets. With expertise in cash flow analysis, asset management, financial modeling, and market research, he offers clients a holistic view of their investments.
Ryan is known for being analytical and process driven. Clients appreciate his ability to provide accurate and meaningful data related to income assumptions, capital activity, market influences, and portfolio debt to help them make smart investment decisions.
Before joining PMR, Ryan was a senior financial analyst of portfolio management at IRC Retail Centers, a commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill. Ryan received a B.S. in business administration from Marquette University with concentrations in real estate and finance. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
