Nick, a vice president, brings more than nine years of program management and real estate consulting experience to Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa. His expertise includes planning and construction oversight, contract negotiation, cost forecasting and analysis, quality control, and owner risk management.
Nick is known for building strong client relationships based on a foundation of organized and insightful communication. At PMR, Nick provides clients with practical, strategic solutions that improve efficiencies and effectiveness throughout their capital programs. His primary objective is to present clients with proactive solutions based on his industry expertise, so clients know they have a knowledgeable expert on their side.
Nick spent five years with Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) as a project manager, overseeing $143 million in infrastructure engineering and construction contracts. He spent four years at The Walsh Group as a project engineer overseeing a combined $279 million in healthcare and government projects.
Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Michigan State University. He is Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Design-Build Professional® (DBIA®) certified.
