Clients appreciate that Chris can be relied upon to take ownership of their projects and will go above and beyond to deliver a successful project. He finds great pride in his role as an owner’s representative and being part of a team that works through issues and collaborates on ideas to be more efficient and cost effective in a collective effort to reach clients’ goals.
Chris joins PMR from Meijer, where he was a construction project manager in the properties department. He was responsible for overseeing architects and construction managers, ensuring that they were meeting design standards, adhering to project budgets, and following the project schedule. At Meijer, Chris helped develop the “Market Format Program,” a program dedicated to urban retail construction and remodels. He completed more than 40 store remodels in five years while minimizing sales disruption at operating stores.
Chris has a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University, where he majored in construction management.
