As a consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Ava works on various projects across the firm’s real estate investment service groups, aiding with highest and best use reports, financial feasibility analysis, and transaction management.
Ava is a detail-oriented individual who enjoys the complex intricacies of the real estate market. Clients appreciate Ava’s work ethic, optimistic demeanor, and ability to see potential in a project. She believes that the right real estate initiative can completely change the landscape of a community and hopes to help revitalize the city of Detroit through such efforts.
Ava brings experience from several internships to PMR, previously with The Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Southfield, Mich., where she was an investment sales intern. Most recently, she was an intern with PMR before she joined the firm full-time. Through these internships, Ava gained experience in investment sales, development feasibility, market analysis, and brokerage.
Ava has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she obtained her degree in real estate and urban land economics and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business. While there, Ava was president of the Women in Real Estate (WIRE) group, an active member of the Real Estate Club, and an active member of the Business Connect Learning Community, a networking and volunteer group through the Wisconsin School of Business.
