Plante Moran Realpoint is excited to announce the addition of Joe Asperger, whose extensive experience in higher education will broaden the scope of services for our public sector capital projects and real estate consulting team.

Real estate consulting and program management firm Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, an affiliate of the business advisory firm Plante Moran, is excited to announce the addition of Joe Asperger, whose extensive experience in higher education will broaden the scope of services for PMR’s public sector team. Joe will be based in Plante Moran’s Southfield office.

“We are excited to welcome Joe to the firm. His depth of experience in educational facilities will allow us to continue to provide excellent service to our existing clients, as well as expand our scope of services that we can offer to higher education organizations,” said PMC Partner Greg VanKirk. “We’ve already provided our educational clients with a tremendous amount of value and are looking forward to leveraging our unique capabilities for a broader client base.”

About Joe Asperger

Joe Asperger joins the firm as a senior vice president. In his role, Joe will support the public sector with efforts to manage and expand service offerings. Joe provides over 25 years of architectural and owner’s representative experience as a project manager and facilities director for higher education, institutional, municipal, commercial, and residential initiatives.

He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Lawrence Technological University, where he specialized in architecture. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Physical Plant Administrators (MiAPPA) and recently sat on the Grand Blanc Athletic Foundation board.
