The challenge
Wade Trim, a Detroit-based environmental engineering firm with 17 offices across the United States, enlisted Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, to assist in the sale and disposition of a 40,000-square-foot facility in southeast Michigan.
The solution
After determining a market-based lease for the facility, PMR marketed the facility as a 15-year net lease to unlock the asset’s value.
PMR provided Wade Trim with the resources and knowledge to implement a broad-based marketing program. Subsequently, the team identified, vetted, and ultimately selected a private capital buyer. After a successful due diligence period, the sale was closed.
