Plante Moran Realpoint assisted ATEQ in the purchase of nearly 1 acre of vacant land in Queretaro, where the company intend to build a nearly 20,000-square-foot facility. Its decision allowed the company to select a location that met the business's logistics needs and allowed for more control over the quality of construction. Plante Moran Realpoint assisted ATEQ with negotiations and coordination of attorneys, property owners, and project management firms in Mexico.
